Learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that Civil M.A. No.665/2025 which was filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure is itself finally decided. It is seen that the impugned orders are passed in the said matter i.e Civil M.A. No.665/2025 and in view of this, the petitioner does not want to prosecute the instant petition and wants to challenge the final order dated 12-11-202. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. Permission granted. 2.

Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
