This is an application moved for speaking to minutes pertaining to order dated 24.04.2018 passed in First Appeal No.124 of 2007. By the said judgment and order, bunch of first appeals were decided including the aforesaid First Appeal No.124 of 2007. In para 10 of the order pertaining to the aforesaid appeal, it has been held by this Court that the claimant would be entitled to enhanced compensation at the rate of Rs.2,00,000/- per hectare, as opposed to the enhanced compensation granted by the Reference Court for a much higher amount. It is also stated in the said paragraph that the directions pertaining to solatium, additional component and interest on the enhanced amount of compensation granted by the Reference Court would not be disturbed. This obviously means that the claimant would be entitled to all statutory benefits under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 on the aforesaid rate
