Petitions are disposed of by judgment and order dated 16.11.2017. Petitioners point out that names of parties as appearing in memo of petition after amendment, have been lost sight of and therefore, do not appear in judgment as signed. 3.

Civil Application (W) No. 2712 & 2713 of 2017. Shri Moharir, learned counsel submits that respondents have to take necessary steps within a period of three months and that period should commence from the date on which certified copy has been delivered to their counsel.
