The limited grievance raised in this petition is to the effect that as per the order dated 08.12.2023, the amount of compensation is not deposited by the acquiring body. 3.

Ms Ashwini Athalye, the learned counsel for the respondent No.3-acquiring body, on instructions, makes a statement that within three months the amount would be deposited.
