Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

According to the petitioners, their grievance pertains to the refund of the difference in amounts that arose in the year 2023 regarding Haj expenditure at different embarkation points in the State of Maharashtra. They have made a detailed representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Haj Committee of India, in October 2023, which, according to them, is still not decided.

Be that as it may, since the said representation is pending, we direct the Chief Executive Officer, Haj Committee of India, to decide the representation (Page No. 103) submitted by the petitioners in October 2023 within a period of ten weeks from the receipt of this order.
