DESHPANDE, J DATED : AUGUST 11 , 2017 At the outset, learned counsel for applicant submits that the impugned order not being an interlocutory order,the revision would lie and therefore he wish to withdraw the present application to file the revision before the appropriate Court.

If the revision application is filed within three weeks from today and if such revision is accompanied with application for condonation of delay , it is expected from the learned Revision Court that the said application will be decided sympathetically in accordance with law. This Court has granted ad-interim stay in favour of the present applicant on 10/2/2017.
