We have heard Mr.S.A.Mohta, learned Counsel for the applicants. In the facts and circumstances of this case, we find that it would be appropriate for the applicants to file an application for discharge raising all the grounds of challenges, as are raised in this application. The charge sheet has not yet been filed as there is an interim order passed by this Court. 2.

Mr.S.A.Mohta, learned Counsel for the applicants, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move the trial Court with an application for discharge. Permission is granted. The application is dismissed as 'withdrawn' with liberty, as prayed for.
