According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, a prayer is made to set aside the order dated 02/05/2023 issued by respondent No.6 by issuing writ of certiorari. In short, it is the case of the petitioner that generic medicine shop was not allowed to be operated for different reasons. 3.

Learned Addl. G.P. has brought to our notice that a detailed representation, in form of an appeal at page-180, dated 08/12/2023, has been submitted before the Commissioner, Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Civil Lines, Nagpur. 4.

From the record, it is clear that the said representation has not been decided. If the said representation is still pending, we direct the Commissioner, Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Civil Lines, Nagpur, to decide it within a period of eight weeks from today.

Needless to mention that respondent authorities will take into consideration the ground raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
