This application is filed on behalf of the legal representatives of respondent No.1, who has expired on 23/11/2010, seeking permission to withdraw the decreetal amount of Rs.90,706/- deposited by the appellant - State of Maharashtra on 01/10/2011.

First Appeal St.No.9235/2011 is stated to be dismissed in default for non-removal of office objections.

Accordingly, the legal representatives of respondent No.1 are permitted to withdraw the decreetal amount of Rs.90,706/- as deposited by the appellant - State of Maharashtra, with accrued interest, if any.
