By order dated 16th October, 2018 this Court directed that the appellant be released on bail and one of the condition is that out of two solvent sureties, one solvent surety shall be furnished by father of the appellant. Now this application is moved by the appellant stating that the father of the appellant does not own any immovable property in his name and appellant's mother Smt. Babybai Pundlik Meshram is competent and willing to stand surety for him.

In the above facts, the order passed on 16th October, 2018 is modified and it is directed that the appellant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs.20,000/- and furnishing two solvent sureties in the like amount, and out of the two solvent sureties one solvent surety shall be furnished by Smt. Babybai Pundlik

2 appp1867.18 Meshram (mother of the appellant). The other conditions imposed by the order dated 16th October, 2018 shall continue to be in force. The criminal application is allowed in the above terms.
