DATE : 13/09/2022 Mr. Quazi, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been settled between the appellant and the respondent Nos. 9, 10 & 11, who are as of now in possession and the ownership of the property in question, in terms of the settlement pursis bearing Stamp No. 03/2022, dated 12.9.22, which has been placed on record. He submits that cheque for the sum of .20,00,000/- has also been handed over to the ₹ appellant, as per clause (E) of the settlement, in pursuance to which the settlement has been acted upon, in view of which, upon instructions of the appellant who is present in the Court, he seeks to withdraw the second appeal.

The statement is accepted. The second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
