Writ Petition No. 3132/2004 is already disposed of by this Court on 19.08.2004. As observed in paragraph no.9 of that judgment, the security furnished by petitioner as also respondent nos. 2 and 3 therein was to continue in Writ Petition No. 2907/1994, and was subject to adjudication in that Writ Petition.

Writ Petition No.2907/1994 is allowed by this Court on 07.01.2014. In paragraph no.11 of that
Order 230117caw38.17 judgment, while permitting amount of Rs. 50,000/- to be withdrawn by respondents, the F.D. Receipts furnished by the petitioners and other certificates to safeguard the payments were discharged.
Accordingly, there is a direction to return those documents to petitioners.

Applicants have taken out these applications seeking return of the respective securities. 5.
In view of above developments, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 in both the matters has no objection.

Accordingly, we grant respective prayers in these civil applications. Registry to return the security and documents i.e. N.S.Cs. and F.D.R. to the concerned applicants. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
