Shri S. M. Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was present on all the dates on which the writ petitions was placed before the Court.

Considering reasons mentioned in the application the order dated 26/11/2019 is recalled. The petitioner's counsel agrees to deposit costs of Rs.5000/- with the High Court Bar Library within period of two weeks from today. On such deposit the writ petition stands restored. Misc. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. Writ Petition No.8288 of 2018 Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in four weeks. Shri M. A. Kadu, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent No.1.
