C.A.O. 131 OF 2017 The learned counsel for the applicant has invited my attention to the grounds stated in the application. He submits that the delay caused in filing the application is purely for bonafide reasons.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the reasons stated in the application, more particularly paragraph nos. 4, 5 and 6, the application is allowed. The delay caused is condoned.

Application stands disposed of.

St. No. 25904 of 2016 Mr. Deshpande, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to some communication gap between the learned counsel and the clerk, the objection could not be removed. The objection was in respect of the certified copy. Mr. Deshpande, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to non removal of ofÏce objection, the registration of appeal was refused. He further submits that the applicant has raised substantial grounds and has every hope to succeed in the appeal.

In view of the submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The order of refusing registration of the appeal is set aside. The appeal be restored to its file subject to removal of ofÏce objection in respect of certified copy within one week from today.

The application stands disposed of.
