Rohee, former Judge of this Court has informed that he is willing to act as Arbitrator in the matter and has also submitted disclosure as required by Sections 11 (8) and 12

(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In view of the above, the following order is passed:-

O R D E R

a) Shri K.J. Rohee, former Judge of this Court is appointed as the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

2 mca1173.2016 b) The applicant shall deposit Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) towards processing charges with the Registry of this Court within six weeks. c) The application is allowed in the above terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
