After going through the record, we are of the opinion that no contempt is committed by the respondents for the reason that, pursuant to the order dated 25/10/2024 passed in Contempt Petition No.216 of 2024, the transfer order of the petitioner was issued on 31/12/2024. 03.

The petitioner now submits that although such transfer order is passed, the Zilla Parishad is not relieving the petitioner. If it is the case of the petitioner that despite issuance of the order, he has not been relieved, the petitioner is having some different remedy than the contempt. In the absence of any material to indicate willful disobedience on the part of the respondents, nothing survives in the contempt. Accordingly, it is dismissed with no order as to costs.
