1] Respondent No.1, vide this application, prays for an out of turn final hearing in Writ Petition No.4481/2014.

2] Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that an additional affidavit in reply pursuant to the amendment carried out in the writ petition, would be filed within two weeks from today.

3] In view of the above, original respondent No.1 shall file his affidavit in reply on or before 18.1.2020 and shall serve copy of the same with proper pagination to the learned Advocates representing the other sides.
