The order of the learned Registrar reads thus : "None present.
As per office note, the counsel for petitioner has not supplied copies of petition for issuance of notices to respondent Nos.1 and 2.
Sufficient time was granted on 25-1-2017, 15-2-2017 and on 01-3-2017 for supply of copies. But the petitioner has failed to supply the same. Hence due to non-supply of copies even after sufficient opportunity, the petition is dismissed against respondent Nos.1 and 2, in default, in terms of Chapter XVII Rule 7(iii) of Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.
