The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.0812/2025 registered with Police Station Gadge Nagar, District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2), 316(2), 318(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1999 (MPID Act).

3. It is alleged that the son of the applicant is agent of Infinite Beacon Financial Services and he only asked the informant to invest the amount in said Company. This is the only role played by the applicant. He is neither a Director Kavita

2 / 2 10- aba 797-25 nor holding any post in the Company. The son of the applicant is the agent.

The learned APP has opposed the application stating that he is the retired government servant and he has influenced the people to invest the amount. Though his direct role is not there he was supporting his son. Hence, prayed to reject the application.

Heard both the sides and perused the record.

The applicant is not directly concerned with the Company. Only because his son is the agent of said Company and the allegations are made that he has influenced the people to invest the amount, custody of this applicant is not required. He is attending the police station as per the conditions imposed in the order dated 03/11/2025. Hence the interim anticipatory bail granted on 03/11/2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions 7.

The application stands disposed of.
