DATED : 31/10/2018 After arguing for some time, the learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the petition, however, prayed that time to deposit the amount as directed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge be extended by one month. It is submitted that the petitioner/accused would be undergoing surgery and therefore further time is required to deposit the amount. The petition is disposed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner/accused is granted time till 26/11/2018 to deposit the amount as directed by the Sessions Court. JUDGE Ansari
