This appeal pertains to Assessment Year 2008-09. Shri Anand Parchure, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the tax effect involved in the present appeal is less than Rs. One Crore. In view of Circular No.17/2019 he seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The court fees be refunded in accordance with the rules. In view of disposal of appeal, Civil Application No.33/2017 does not survive, the same is disposed of as such.
