DATED : 05/12/2018 The petitioner complains of the willful disobedience of the directions given by this Court by the judgment delivered in W.P. No. 6466/2018. The contempt petition is filed without making any representation and without issuing any notice to the respondents. As I showed reluctance to entertain the contempt petition directly, the learned advocate for the petitioner has sought permission to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to approach this Court again if the respondents continue to defy and disobey the directions given by this Court.

The contempt petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
