We expressed that as the investigation is at very preliminary stage, we are not inclined to consider the prayer for quashing of the First Information Report, at this stage and the applicant may avail appropriate remedy, including approaching this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, after the chargesheet is filed. After we expressed as above, learned Advocate for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the criminal application with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as recorded above, after filing of charge-sheet.

Hence, the criminal application is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as recorded above.
