The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.139/2025 registered with Police Station Darwha, District Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Sections 316(5) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The allegations made against this applicant are that the applicant is customer care representative in Darwha. He has collected the amount from the customers and not deposited it in the account of Company. In audit, the misappropriation of amount of Rs.2,43,860/- was found. On that basis, the First Information Report has been registered.

It appears from the record that on 24.10.2025 this applicant is protected by this Court by granting ad interim protection. The co-accused, who is having similar role is also protected and hence, the learned Counsel for the applicant has prayed parity to this applicant.

As the applicant is attending the concerned Police Station regularly and it is conceded by the learned

2 8.aba.804.25 A.P.P. that the applicant is attending the Police Station and co-operating the Investigating Officer, the custodial interrogation of this applicant is not required. Hence, the interim protection granted on 24.10.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and condition excluding the condition to attend the Police Station.
