3] It is stated that the appellant has already deposited the claim amount in the Court itself.

4] In view of this, the respondents / claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in the Court with the accrued interest, if any. 5] Admissible Court fees be refunded to the appellant as per rules. 6] The appellant to inform the respondents about this order, immediately. 7] The matter is disposed of as withdrawn.
