09/12/ Undisputedly, there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the persons against whom he lodged report dated 13/10/2019.

We have gone through the report given by the petitioner also.

Learned APP submitted that this is not a fit case to exercise extraordinary jurisdiction under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and if the petitioner is advised, he may avail remedy as per Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

We find substance in the submission made by learned APP. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.

It is open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as per law, if so advised.
