Total amount of Rs. 10 lakhs is deposited by respondents in view of orders passed by this Court on 25.09.2018. The amount is towards unpaid arrears.

Learned A.G.P. is opposing the application.

She submits that if petition is dismissed, it would be

We permit respective petitioners to withdraw the amount of Rs. 3 lakhs each, out of the amount in deposit, subject to furnishing an undertaking that in case if petition fails, they shall refund the amount along with such interest as this Court may in that event award.

Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
