Shri Kedar, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the salary of the petitioner for the period from 23.04.2019 to 12.06.2019 amounting to Rs.36,685/- (Rs. Thirty six thousand six hundred and eighty five only) has been paid to the petitioner and he acknowledged the same on revenue receipt.

The statement of the learned counsel for the respondent is accepted.

The petitioner is already reinstated in service and this fact is already mentioned in the order dated 11.03.2021.

In this view of the matter, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and nothing survives in this Contempt Petition. It is disposed of accordingly.
