The petitions were filed before this Court against the Judgment dated 28.09.2016 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Nagpur in Waqf Appeal No.1/2014 for the reason that the Waqf Board was not constituted and functioning.

Mr. Quazi, learned counsel for the Waqf Board, submits that the Board has now been constituted at Aurangabad and would be willing to hear the applications or whatever proceedings available as such, under the Waqf Act, considering which, the parties are

(2) 17.wp.3781.2017 + 1 directed to approach the Waqf Borad, who shall decide the proceedings pending before it within a period of four months.

The petitions are accordingly disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
