DATED : 16 NOVEMBER 2021 This is an application for condonation of delay caused in filing application for substituting names of legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record.

Heard Shri Choube, learned Counsel for the applicant/legal representatives of appellant. He states that there is a delay of five days in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant
on record. He has pointed out that sufficient cause has been shown in the application for delay therefore the delay caused in filing the aforesaid application may be condoned.

Even though this application is pending from the year 2016, no reply had been filed to this application, opposing the application.

The learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 has no objection.

In that view of the matter and in view of the fact that sufficient cause has been shown, delay caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant on record is allowed. Delay is condoned.

Application is disposed of.

This is an application filed by the legal representatives of deceased appellant and for bringing them on record as legal representatives of deceased. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The amendment be carried out within next two weeks.
