The application is for bail.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, when I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after six months, if there is no progress in the trial.

Considering the pendency before the learned trial Court the liberty is granted to file the application after one year if there is no progress in the trial.
