ATE : MARCH 03, 2025 1) This is an application seeking an amendment to the petition on the grounds that some important aspects and conditions, such as E-Bid and procurement regulation, were not pleaded and asserted in the petition; therefore, the petitioner wants to bring the same on record.
2) The learned assistant Government Pleader has not objected to the same. Hence, the present application is allowed as prayed.
3) The amendment is to be carried out within one week, and an amended copy of the petition be supplied to the other side within one week thereafter.
WRIT PETITION NO.6942 OF 2024 1) Learned counsel for the petitioner further contended that even though the petitioner was the lowest bidder and
2 37-wp 6942.2024.doc fulfilled the conditions 5.58 to 5.61 mentioned in the tender notice, the respondents failed to award the tender to it and, on the contrary, cancelled the same.
4) Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.
5) Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent No.1.
