By the present application, the appellant nos.1 to 3 and respondent no.3 are seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.6,00,000/- alongwith accrued interest and also seeking direction to release the share of respondent no.4, the mother of the deceased, who died on 21.01.2022.

Considering the fact that the matter has been settled in National Lok Adalat held on 07.05.2022, the application is allowed.

Registry is directed to release the amount, deposited by the Insurance Company, in the bank accounts of appellant nos.1 to 3 and respondent no.3 in the ratio decided by the Tribunal and the share of respondent no.4 be equally released in favour of appellant nos.1 to 3 and respondent no.3, as prayed for.
