DATE : 21.11.2018 Heard Shri A.S.Kilor, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri C.A.Lokhande, learned APP for the non applicant/State.\ The applicant is arrested for the offences punishable under Section 143, 144, 147, 148, 149 and 307 of Indian Penal Code; Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act and Section 4 and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that all other accused are released by the Sessions Judge, Buldhana, on bail. The investigation is near about completed. Looking to the offences registered against the applicant and the period undergone in Jail by the applicant, his further custody is not required. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

i] The application is allowed.

ii] The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR/SB in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

iii] The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date. .

iv] The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of the prosecution witnesses and the applicant shall not leave jurisdiction of the trial Court without prior permission. (v) Breach of any of the conditions amounts to cancellation of bail.
