Heard Shri R.K. Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms Trupti Udeshi, learned APP for the nonapplicant/State. The detail reasons are recorded while granting ad-interim anticipatory bail. The complainant is a married women having two children and had eloped with the applicant. She went here and there. She resided in Gujrat for about eight days. After returning from Gujrat, she went to the house of husband and she lodged the report.
Looking to the allegations the offence punishable under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code is doubtful. Hence, ad-interim anticipatory bail is granted by this Court on 31.10.2018 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
