Considering the nature of relief sought in the writ petitions which pertains to selection on the post of Programme Coordinator at Nehru Yuva Kendra Sanghatana, it is clear that the Central Administrative Tribunal would have jurisdiction to entertain such grievance in view of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

With liberty to the petitioners to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for adjudicating aforesaid grievance, the writ petitions are not entertained. The same are disposed of for aforesaid reason.
