It is informed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that final order is passed in externment proceedings by the Divisional Commissioner in appeal under Section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act, and the petitioner is desirous of challenging said order. 3.

In that view of the matter, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the order under revision.

Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for.
