The applicant/appellant has filed this application for the grant of a stay to the impugned judgment and Award. 3.

Learned counsel for appellant submitted that the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon in this Court, and the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have already withdrawn 50% amount from it.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). The application is disposed of. FIRST APPEAL NO 633 OF 2021.

Since the record and proceedings are received, filing of a paper book is dispensed with, as per the request of learned counsel for appellant.
