DATE : 31 st OCTOBER, 2018.
Heard.
This application has been opposed by petitioners. They have also filed a detailed reply to this application. It is stated in the reply that deliberately, the Special Leave Petition has been filed belatedly. However, this has been disagreed to by the learned Counsel for the applicant/respondent No.1, who submits that as per the letter dated 29/10/2018, received from an Advocate from New Delhi, the Special Leave Petition has been filed at the earliest possible opportunity and it is the date of 23rd October, 2018. I have gone through the letter dated 29/10/2018 and it shows that what has been submitted
caw.2816.18 2/2 by the learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 is right. Having considered the fact that now that the Special Leave Petition has already been filed, it could be in the fitness of the things that further time of three weeks, as prayed for, be granted and, accordingly, the interim order passed by this court shall stand extended by further three weeks.
The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
