By this application the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition number three and six imposed by this Court vide order dated 04/09/2024, while granting bail to the applicant.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State. It is submitted that now investigation is completed and attendance of the applicant at Police Station is not required. However, learned APP informed that the offence is registered under Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (Financial Establishments) Act, 1999. Further investigation is still in progress. In view of that once a month attendance be directed.

After hearing both the sides and on perusal of record, earlier order passed by this Court, it appears

2 5 appp 2159-2024 that the alleged involvement of the present applicant is in economic offence and further investigation is still in progress. In view of that she shall attend the Police Station on 15th of every month till further orders. 4.

As far as the condition No. 6 is concerned, the liberty is already granted to the applicant to seek a permission of District Court whenever she wants to travel beyond the jurisdiction of Nagpur/Wardha City. In view of that the application is allowed, only to the extent of condition No. 3 and it is directed that she shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a month i.e. on 15th of every month till further orders. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
