Heard learned counsel petitioner.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though there were financial irregularities and a specific report by the auditor, no further action in the form of submitting a detailed or follow-up report has been taken by the Special Auditor, Class-II - Cooperative Societies, Chandrpaur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to Page-59, which is a communication dated 20/08/2025 issued by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, requesting the Special Auditor to comply with the directions issued. According to him, those direction have not been complied with.

In view of communication dated 20/08/2025, we direct respondent No.3 to act in accordance with same within a period of six weeks from today.

The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of this order before the authorities within a period of one week from today. 6.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
