The application is filed for service upon respondent nos.1 and 2, who are the Driver and Owner of the offending vehicle by way of paper publication, since they could not be found on last known address. 3.

The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that they were served on the same address in the Tribunal.

As such, the application stands allowed and the appellant is permitted to serve the respondent nos.1 and 2 by way of paper publication as claimed, on deposit of necessary charges directly to the concerned Newspaper. 5.

The application is disposed of.
