This is an application for seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that after rejection of the bail application of the present applicant and other two co-accused, one of them approached the Hon'ble Apex Court. It is further submitted that the applicant could not approach the counsel to prefer an appeal, and therefore, delay is caused.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, which appears to be sufficient and satisfactory. 4.
