Appeal is finally decided. The appellant/Insurance Company has deposited amount of compensation of Rs.4,80,182/- before this Court. The respondent/claimant nos. 1 to 5 are residing at Shendurjan, Tah. Shindkhed Raja, Dist. Buldhana. As per the submission of learned Advocate Shri Mohta, claimants are unable to attend this Court. Hence the amount deposited before this Court be remitted to the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Buldhana. The claimant/respondent nos.1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw the same alongwith accrued interest, if any.
