The submission is, the order of transfer and posting of the petitioner is forged and fabricated. 3.

It is not in dispute that it is issued by Respondent No. 3. The said order dated 30.03.2016 is in relation to 139 employees and name of the petitioner is at Sr. No. 87 in it. 4.

It is obvious that any officer in employment of Railways will not issue such an order without proper authority that too in relation to such a large number of employees.

Therefore, we have inquired from the learned counsel and he submitted that his employer has denied that it has issued any such order. However, no such denial of employer is pointed out to us.

Reliance is placed upon a communication sent by Parcel Porter Sanghatana on 08.09.2016 and thereafter on a representation by the petitioner to the General Manager of

1904cwp1002.16 South East Central Railway, Bilaspur. Lastly, our attention was also drawn to a communication written on letter head of International Human Rights Association dated 27.10.2016. All these communications are irrelevant and the contention is not being substantiated.

We, therefore, dismiss the present Criminal Writ Petition. No order as to costs.
