The detailed reasons are already recorded by this Court while granting ad-interim bail on 31.10.2018. No other material is brought on record. The allegations in the First Information Report are not sufficient to constitute the offence punishable under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code. These allegations cannot be said to be abetment under Section 107 of the IPC.

Hence, ad-interim bail granted on 31.10.2018 is hereby confirmed.
