DATED : 05/03/2025 The application is filed for condonation of delay in moving restoration application. There is delay of 72 days. It is submitted that inadvertently, matter is listed before the Registrar (Judicial) was not noticed. Therefore, Office objection could not be removed. By the order of the Register (Judicial), the registration was refused for want of removal of office objections. 2.

The application is opposed by learned AGP.

However, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing restoration application is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to register the Misc. Civil Application.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.

The present application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition St. No.9307/2024, which was rejected by the order of the Registrar (Judicial). There were office objections, which could not be removed by the petitioner. In view thereof, the registration of Writ Petition was refused by the order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 02.09.2024. Due to inadvertent mistake, matter is listed before the Registrar was not noticed and when the petitioner in came to Nagpur, he noticed the order of refusal of registration. As such, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

The Registry is directed to register the Writ Petition on its original stamp number.

After restoration of registration, the learned Counsel for petitioner to remove office objections within two weeks.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.

List the matter on 13.03.2025.
