This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard Mr. Anand Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicant, and Mr. D.V. Chauhan, learned Public Prosecutor, to some extent, perused the investigation papers. Considering the circumstance that the knife was recovered at the instance of the present applicant and the chemical analyzer report are not yet been received, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file after receipt of the chemical analyzer report. 4.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
