This application is filed for grant of early hearing contending that due to pendency of present criminal proceedings, retiral benefits of the applicant are withheld.

In that view of the matter and since not seriously objected by the non-applicants, application is disposed of and allowed.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APL) NO. 672 OF 2016 Heard.

Vide order dated 14.06.2019, by recalling

2308appp1997.17 order dated 01.10.2016 granting stay to further proceedings in the crime, direction was issued to the prosecution to investigate the crime, however, further directions were passed not to file charge sheet, without leave of the Court.

Affidavit-in-reply of the respondent - State dated 09.01.2017 is on record.

In that view of the matter, learned APP to make a statement whether investigation is complete. S.O. to 13.09.2019.
