Criminal Application (APPR) No.285/2017 By this application it is prayed that the period for complying with the interim directions issued on 03/11/2017 be extended by period of eight weeks. Various reasons are given in the said application. An amount of Rs.20,000/- has been deposited by the applicants and the balance amount to be deposited is Rs.36,000/-.

As initially time of four weeks was granted to deposit the arrears of maintenance, the time to comply with said order is extended by further period of four weeks by way of last chance.
